At Ingwe Hunting Safaris, we are committed to delivering a professional, ethical, and

unforgettable hunting experience.

 

The following Terms and Conditions are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and mutual

understanding between the outfitter and our clients.

 

These terms outline what is included and excluded in your safari package, as well as the booking,

payment, and cancellation policies applicable to your hunt.

 

We strongly encourage all clients to review this information carefully prior to confirming a booking.

 

By securing a safari with Ingwe Hunting Safaris, you acknowledge that you have read, understood,

and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, including the applicable cancellation policy.

 

These measures are in place to protect both parties and to ensure your safari is planned

and delivered to the highest standard.

  • Light breakfast, brunch, and dinner + (Soft drinks, beer, and wine)

  • Transfers to and from OR Tambo International Airport and the hunting area

  • Professional hunting services, including: Licensed Professional Hunter (PH), Tracker(s) and Skinner(s).

  • All services rendered by camp staff

  • Hunting vehicles and transport during the full period of the hunt

  • First-class accommodation with en-suite bathroom, Daily service and laundry

  • Field preparation of trophies and hides

  • Delivery of trophies to our chosen taxidermist

  • Taxidermy services and all trophy transport or freight charges
  • Value Added Tax (VAT), where applicable
  • Trophy fees for individual animals
  • Any wounded animal that is not recovered will be regarded as taken and charged accordingly
  • Insurance of any kind, including personal liability, hunting liability, baggage, trip cancellation, and repatriation cover
  • Firearms and ammunition
  • Optional excursions, tours, or activities outside the hunt
  • Charter flights before, during, or after the agreed hunting period
  • Accommodation outside the contracted hunting dates
  • Gratuities or tips
  • Transfers to other provinces outside the Limpopo operating area
  • Additional luggage transfers and extra hunting vehicles required for travel to other provinces
  • A 50% deposit of the daily rates is required to secure a booking.
  • Cancellations made less than 90 days prior to the commencement of the safari are non-refundable
  • Dangerous game hunts require a 50% deposit of the total quoted hunt value. Deposits are refundable only if the booking is taken over by another client or successfully rescheduled. A $2,000 cancellation fee applies to cancelled dangerous game hunts.
  • Plains game hunts require a 25% deposit of the total quoted hunt value.
  • A hunting contract must be signed by both the client and the outfitter to confirm the booking.
  • All trophy and hunting fees are invoiced and payable at the conclusion of the safari. Any wounded animal not recovered will be charged in full.
  • Payments are accepted in cash using freely convertible currencies or via electronic wire transfer. A 4% discount applies to payments settled in South African Rand (ZAR). All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD); payments made in other currencies will be converted at the applicable exchange rate on the day of payment.
  • Venison from hunted animals is not included in the hunting fee unless agreed upon in writing.
  • All prices are subject to change without notice
